6-8″ of Freshies!

Good morning skiers and riders! Sunday’s storm dropped 6-8″ of heavy, wet snow on us after the rain, setting us for a really great base to continue building upon for the remainder of the season. Now that most of the water has drained out of the snow, it’s shaping up to be a super day on the slopes!

Today, powder and packed powder surfaces with 6 lift serviced trails open including the new discovery trail off the magic carpet Discovery Zone learning area. The new Sheehan Quad will have 4, including Cameron and Hadley. Uphill skiers can access additional terrain on natural surfaces, but please be aware that natural hazards do exist. Our snowmaking crew will begin making snow on lower Allen this week to begin working towards getting the Worth Mountain Chair open!

And don’t forget, mark your calendars now to join us Friday, December 15th, for our night skiing grand opening celebration with fireworks and apres-ski featuring live music from local sensations the Neon Ramblers, all kicking off at 4pm sharp!
