Experience the magic of the first night of night skiing at the Middlebury Snowbowl! Join us on Friday, December 15th, for our grand opening night party as we usher in the thrill of night skiing at the Bowl.

Prepare for an unforgettable evening filled with excitement, featuring a spectacular display of fireworks beginning at 5 p.m., live music from the Neon Ramblers, après-ski festivities, and, of course, the thrill of night skiing. The festivities commence at 4:00 p.m. with live entertainment in the lodge, and the celebration will continue until closing at 9 p.m.

 

About Neon Ramblers:

The Neon Ramblers is a vibrant project from members of Vermont’s own, The Grift. Renowned for transforming classic rock and pop tunes, primarily from the 80s, into bluegrass favorites, they bring a unique twist to familiar hits. The band’s lineup includes Clint Bierman on banjo and vocals, Jeff Vallone on bass and vocals, Peter Day on guitar and vocals, Matt Schrag on mandolin and vocals, Ben Lively on fiddle, and Josh Panda on percussion and vocals. Their energetic performances and skillful fusion of genres have quickly made them a beloved fixture in the local music scene.

With over two decades of writing and performing, Lowell Thompson brings a unique blend of Tom Petty-ish rock and Americana. His music has been compared to the likes of Nick Lowe and Big Star, earning accolades such as “Inspired Alt-Country” from Rolling Stone Magazine. He’s a musician who crafts songs that resonate with the intricacies of life, making listeners feel every emotion in his tunes. Having released four albums with another on the way, Thompson is a quintessential artist who makes the ever-evolving landscape of music worth exploring.
