We are open for MLK day, and in honor of the great leader, today we will tie one of his famous quotes to our beloved sport in hopes that it inspires someone to visit our little gem of a ski area and try something new with us. “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” While this quote is in no way related to snow sports, sometimes getting the courage up to try something new takes a little faith and our entire team here at the Bowl can help you find the staircase to a world of winter sports. Our Discovery Zone is completely free to come try something new and we welcome you to take the first step with us. While this part isn’t free, our professional snow sports instructors can show you just how amazing this sport can be for you.
Worth Mtn., Sheehan, and the Disco Carpet will all turn at their scheduled times with 15 trails to get us started. Mostly sunny skies with a high around 13 today with wind chill values around -12. Be on the lookout for additional terrain to continue opening as Patrol assess each trail!
